El Gobierno, al reglamentar la presente Ley, establecerá la debida vinculación entre la Dirección General de Aduanas y el Ministerio respectivo, definiendo los casos en que las determinaciones de aquella deban ser sometidas a previa o ulterior aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, en los asuntos no previstos en el presente Código.
