La Nación procedera a hacer escritura de cesión del referido terreno a la Fundación que se establezca con el exclusivo objeto de organizar y establecer en Pitalito, Huila, un colegio de segunda enseñanza para varones, y el terreno asi cedido solo podrá ser empleado para ese efecto. En caso de que la fundación se liquide o de que el Colegio no sea establecido en el término de cinco (5) años, los terrenos volverán a ser propiedad nacional.
