Art. 127. Si el demandado ó demandados no fueren vecinos del lugar donde se entabla la acción, y su domicilio fuere conocido, se mandará fijar allí otro edicto por el mismo término, y transcurrido éste, devolverá el Juez comisionado el edicto con la nota de fijación y desfijación.
