ARTICULO 206 . Providencias consultables . En los delitos de conocimiento de los fiscales y jueces regionales, son consultables cuando no se interponga recurso alguno, el auto de cesación de procedimiento, el auto de preclusión de la investigación, la providencia que ordena la devolución a particulares de bienes presuntamente provenientes de la ejecucion del hecho punible o que sean objeto material del mismo y las sentencias. También son consultables las sentencias absolutorias proferidas por cualquier juez cuando no haya habido parte civil reconocida dentro del proceso.
