El Director General del Laboratorio queda facultado para reconocer a los agentes encargados de la propaganda hasta el 5 por 100 sobre el valor de los productos que vendan de contado y según las disposiciones del reglamento interno del Laboratorio. Queda igualmente facultado para hacer las publicaciones de orden científico y de propaganda que estime necesarias.
