Reconocimiento como deuda pública. Reconózcase como deuda pública las obligaciones de pago originadas en el Proceso Liquidatorio Administrativo o por vía Judicial de los Contratos de Salud del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio FOMAG ejecutados durante la vigencia de 2012 a 2017, en virtud del artículo 110 de la Ley 2063 de 2020, hasta por la suma de DOSCIENTOS SETENTA Y CUATRO MIL TREINTA Y CUATRO MILLONES NOVECIENTOS SESENTA Y SEIS MIL CIENTO CUARENTA Y TRES PESOS ($274.034.966.143) por concepto de capital e intereses. Este reconocimiento operará exclusivamente para las obligaciones del Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio - FOMAG antes indicadas y durante la vigencia fiscal 2021.
