Terminado el bienio económico, los expendedores locales devolverán a la Administración principal de Correos o general de Hacienda de que dependan, el papel sellado y las estampillas excedentes, a fin de que estos empleados los remitan a la Tesorería general. Los expendedores del Departamento de Cundinamarca harán la devolución prevenida a la misma Tesorería general.
