El incumplimiento de las obligaciones impuestas en la diligencia de amonestación, acarreará a los infractores la sanción de multa equivalente al valor de uno (1) a cien (100) salarios mínimos diarios legales vigentes, convertibles en arresto a razón de un (1) día por cada salario diario mínimo legal vigente de multa. Esta sanción será impuesta por el Defensor de Familia.
