° Los vinos que provengan de la fermentación de la uva o de otras frutas solo podrán fabricarse y expenderse previa autorización de la Dirección Nacional de Higiene y con sujeción a las leyes y decretos que reglamentan la jurisdicción y atribuciones de dicha entidad.
