En el caso de colombianos que hayan perdido sus documentos, o que por circunstancias excepcionales no puedan utilizar su pasaporte ordinario, y cuyo regreso al país no sea inminente, se les expedirá pasaporte provisional, señalando los países de destino y el término de su vigencia que no será superior a dos (2) meses.
