Art. 2°. Los términos Territorio, Prefecto, Unión, Estados Unidos de Colombia, Presidente del Estado, que se emplean en el Código Civil, se entenderán dichos con referencia á las nuevas entidades ó funcionarios constitucionales, según el caso lo requiera.
