El manejo de información. Los Institutos administrarán los datos y la información científica ambiental correspondiente al área de su especialidad y contribuirán a su análisis y difusión, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las disposiciones que regulen el Sistema de Información Ambiental.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio en colaboración con las entidades científicas definirá el carácter de la información científica ambiental y las formas para acceder a ella.
