Las juntas directivas de los entes deportivos departamentales que creen las asambleas, serán de cinco (5) miembros y contarán con un (1) representante del Gobernador, un (1) representante del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, un (1) representante de las ligas departamentales, un (1) representante de los entes deportivos municipales y un (1) representante del sector educativo departamental.
