Artículo único. Así como todos los contratos provenientes de los distintos Ministerios del Despacho y de los Departamentos Administrativos, están sometidos a la refrendación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, del mismo modo quedaran sometidos a tal refrendación los pedidos de material para el servicio público que efectúen en lo sucesivo aquellos Despachos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
