Los damnificados pobres que hubieran sufrido por causa del incendio serios quebrantos, no consistentes en la pérdida de edificios o habitaciones, y que no hubieren recibido auxilio de cualquier otra procedencia en cuantía equitativa, tendrán derecho a auxilio a juicio de la Junta, y para el efecto se vota la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000).
