Régimen de terminación ordenada de operaciones . Las entidades sometidas a inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia que se encuentren desarrollando cuentas de margen u operaciones con características o consecuencias iguales o similares y no estén autorizadas para el desarrollo de las mismas por el presente decreto, deberán terminarlas dentro del mes siguiente a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
