Deróganse los artículos 116, 117 y 119 del Decreto número 339 de 4 de Abril de 1905, en lo que se refiere á los futuros Rematadores, y por consiguiente no están obligados á tomar á los Rematadores salientes las existencias de licores nacionales ó extranjeros que tengan al hacerse cargo de la Renta.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que los artículos citados quedan en todo su vigor para los Rematadores cuyo período empieza el 1° de Enero próximo.
