ARTICULO 4.3.1.2.- SALA GENERAL. La Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores estará integrada por las siguientes personas: - El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o el Viceministro de Hacienda, cuando así lo disponga el Ministro, quien la presidirá. - El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o el Viceministro de Desarrollo cuando así lo disponga el Ministro. - El Superintendente Bancario. - El Superintendente de Sociedades. - Un miembro designado por el Presidente de la República. - El Superintendente de Valores, quien tendrá voz pero no voto.

Parágrafo

El miembro que designe el Presidente de la República será persona de especial versión y reconocida experiencia en las actividades económicas, financieras o de producción industrial.
