En los días festivos el Capellán celebrará la misa en la capilla del establecimiento y dará a los detenidos y condenados instrucciones morales. El capellán no puede recibir estipendios por la celebración de la misa o por otro oficio del culto, de los detenidos o condenados o de sus familiares.
