A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República deberá tener en cuenta que todo papel moneda y moneda metálica que se emita, deberá diferenciarse de tal manera que pueda ser fácilmente distinguible por toda persona, sea está normal o en situación de discapacidad.
