ARTICULO 9o. De las Funciones de los Viceministros. - A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico tendrá un Viceministerio de Vivienda, Desarrollo Urbano y Agua Potable y un Viceministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo. Los Viceministros cumplirán las funciones establecidas para dichos cargos en los artículos correspondientes del Decreto 1050 de 1968 y en las normas que lo reemplacen, adicionen o modifiquen, en relación con su ramo.
