Suprímense cinco plazas de Agentes de Policía de segunda clase en la novena División, que presta servicio en Cúcuta, y créanse dos de primera clase y dos de segunda en la Sección de la Policía de fronteras, del mismo lugar, con las asignaciones señaladas en el Decreto número 41 de 1914.
