Aplicación del presente decreto. Lo previsto en este Decreto se aplica sin perjuicio de las investigaciones y sanciones administrativas o penales o de que cualquier otra índole, a que haya lugar. La internación temporal de Vehículos de turistas se regirá por las normas y convenios vigentes sobre la materia.
