Articulo 7° El presente Decreto surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de marzo de 1976. para los empleados que estuvieren prestando sus servicios a la Dirección General de Servicios Administrativos del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, en dicha fecha y sean incorporados a la Planta de Personal a que se refiere el presente Decreto. Para quienes hubieren ingresado con posterioridad, surtirá efectos fiscales a partir de la fecha de su posesión.
