Procedencia del recurso de reposición.- El recurso de reposición procederá contra los autos interlocutorios, se interpondrá dentro de los días siguientes a su notificación cuando se hiciere por estados, y se decidirá a más tardar tres días después. Si se interpusiere en audiencia, deberá decidirse oralmente en la misma, para lo cual podrá el Juez decretar un receso de media hora.
