Requisitos para la constitución de las federaciones de trabajadores Las confederaciones requerirán para su constitución por lo menos diez federaciones.

Parágrafo

Las federaciones y confederaciones legalmente constituidas con anterioridad al 19 de julio de 1978 continuarán subsistiendo, aunque no cuenten con el mínimo aquí prescrito.
