La carga de control de un vertimiento que contenga las sustancias de que trata el artículo anterior, se calculará mediante la aplicación de las siguientes ecuaciones: A = (Q) (CDC) (0.0864) B = (Q) ( CV) (0.0864)

Parágrafo 1

Para los efectos de las ecuaciones a que se refiere el presente artículo adóptanse las siguientes convenciones: A: Carga de control, Kg./día. Q: Caudal promedio del vertimiento, 1/seg. B: Carga en el vertimiento Kg./día. CDC: Concentración de control, mg/1. CV: Concentración en el vertimiento, mg/l. 0 0864: Factor de conversión.

Parágrafo 2

La carga máxima permisible (CMP) será el menor de los valores entre A y B.
