Artículo único. Suspéndese la venta de estampillas de timbre nacional que tienen la leyenda , bienio de 1915-1916. En consecuencia, el Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de Bogotá procederá a ordenar, dentro del menor tiempo posible, que se suspenda la venta de las mencionadas estampillas, las cuales serán reemplazadas por las de la emisión hecha últimamente en la Litografía Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
