Veeduría . En ejercicio del derecho constitucional de participación, las veedurías ciudadanas y las organizaciones de beneficiarios de los recursos destinados a superar las situaciones de emergencia, podrán ejercer el control de la gestión pública de dichos recursos, para lo cual todas las autoridades involucradas ofrecerán la colaboración de acuerdo a sus funciones.
