El Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud v el Deporte (Coldeportes) ejercerá, con la colaboración de las autoridades de salud, la supervisión de las actividades físicas y deportivas en lo referente a la salud, bienestar y seguridad de los participantes y espectadores en la actividad deportiva. Por resolución motivada, el Instituto de común acuerdo con las autoridades locales de policía, promulgará normas generales sobre seguridad en los estados y coliseos.
