Art. 186. En la tesorería jeneral estará la caja en que se depositen los fondos destinados para fomento i gastos de la renta del tabaco, i el tesoro general los tendrá a disposición de la Dirección del ramo, llevando con esta una cuenta corriente del ingreso i egreso de estos fondos.
