En los contratos de concesión de servicios de telecomunicaciones, la reversión sólo implicará que revertirán al Estado las frecuencias radioeléctricas asignadas para la prestación del servicio concedido. La reversión de frecuencias no requerirá de ningún acto administrativo especial.
