Las firmas comerciales destinadas al tratamiento de información estadística que incluye la recolección, procesamiento, análisis y divulgación de los resultados estadísticos, estarán obligados por la presente ley, a contar con la asistencia técnica de un estadístico, con contrato de tiempo total o parcial, según lo establezca el Decreto reglamentario.
