Cada Estado podrá establecer las formalidades que esteme necesarias para registrar el paso de vehículos y conductores admitidos al tráfico internacional, al entrar y al salir de su territorio. Tales regístros, si se llevan, deberán incluir anotaciones al efecto de que el vehículo ha cuplido con las disposiciones de los artículos X y XI.
