Las diferencias que ocurran a los accionistas entre sí, o con la sociedad o sus administradores, en desarrollo del contrato social o del acto unilateral, incluida la impugnación de determinaciones de asamblea o junta directiva con fundamento en cualquiera de las causas legales, podrán someterse a decisión arbitral o de amigables componedores, si así se pacta en los estatutos.
