Modifíquese el inciso segundo del artículo 328 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “El reaprovisionamiento de combustible y lubricantes de los buques o aeronaves en las anteriores condiciones, se considerará una exportación para reaprovisionamiento de combustibles y lubricantes, cumpliendo para el efecto con las formalidades aduaneras del régimen aduanero de exportación definitiva de conformidad con lo previsto en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 354 de este decreto” .
