Cuando a un empleado oficial le será conferida una comisión oficial dentro del territorio nacional, fuera de su sede habitual de trabajo, podrá autorizársele pago de viáticos hasta por un máximo de $350.oo diarios. Igualmente se reconocerán los gastos de transporte que demande la comisión, en los términos de las reglamentaciones correspondientes.
