El Tesorero de todo sindicato debe prestar en favor de éste una caución para garantizar el manejo de los fondos. La cuantía y forma de la misma serán señaladas por la asamblea general, y una copia del documento en que ella conste será depositada en el Departamento Nacional de Supervigilancia Sindical.
