La Junta de Comercio Exterior elaborará periódicamente listas de mercancías importadas cuyo pago deba hacerse por el mercado preferencial y de aquellas que deban pagarse por el intermedio. Una vez incluída una mercancía en las listas del mercado intermedio, no podrá trasladarse posteriormente a las del preferencial. Las listas de que trata este artículo se elaborarán con sujeción los presupuestos de divisas que haga la Junta Monetaria, en desarroIlo del artículo 9 de este Decreto.
