El Municipio de Puerto Berrío queda en la obligación de transferir a título gratuito a las personas que tengan edificada casa de habitación, de acuerdo con el respectivo plano de organización, o que lleguen a edificarlas dentro del área que se adjudica, el dominio de los respectivos lotes de tierras, sin que éstos puedan exceder de la extensión indicada por la Ley 98 de 1928 .
