Artículo doce. La violación de las disposiciones de este Decreto hará incurrir a sus infractores en multas hasta de $ 500.00, que impondrá el Alcalde Municipal en cuya Jurisdicción ocurra el hecho ilícito, mediante el procedimiento sumario que autorice el correspondiente Código de Policía, y estas multas se graduarán así: $ 50.00 por la primera vez; $ 100.00 por la segunda y $ 500.00 por las siguientes reincidencias.
