Ingresarán al Fondo Especial para Investigaciones los siguientes recursos: - Un porcentaje, determinado por la Junta Directiva, de las rentas provenientes de la venta de productos y prestación de servicios. - Las sumas que se le asignen en el presupuesto nacional. - Los aportes o donaciones que para los fines del Fondo hagan personas naturales y jurídicas, públicas o privadas, nacionales e internacionales.
