Cuando en el mercado internacional se presente una oferta amplia y diversificada de motocicletas, motonaves, motores estacionarios u otros vehículos no contemplados en este Decreto, que se puedan en el futuro acondicionar técnicamente al sistema E85, el Gobierno Nacional expedirá la regulación pertinente para su adecuación al uso bajo este sistema.
