ARTICULO 6º Del ingreso al servicio. El ingreso al Servicio del Instituto Sociales se hará

Por nombramiento ordinario cuando se trate de un cargo discrecional;

Por nombramiento en periodo de prueba cuando se trate de un empleo de carretera de Funcionario de Seguridad Social;

Por contrato de trabajo cuando se trate de los empleos señalados en el articulo 5º de este decreto.
