Artículo octavo . Admitida la solicitud, en la misma providencia se ordenará la notificación personal al Congresista, con la cual se dará iniciación al proceso judicial respectivo. También se notificará al agente del Ministerio Público a fin de que intervenga en el proceso. Las notificaciones se surtirán al día siguiente al de la expedición del auto que las decrete.
