Con el propósito de contribuir al desarrollo del Teatro Nacional, destínase la partida de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000.00) para esos fines; la cuál habrá de ser pagada por el Tesoro Nacional, mediante los requisitos de esta Ley, en dos contados, s saber: La mitad en el ejercicio fiscal del presente año, y a la otra mitad en el de 1944.
