Art. 74. Los cómplices, encubridores ó auxiliadores de los fraudes á la Renta de Licores incurrirán en las penas siguientes: Los cómplices serán castigados con las dos terceras partes de la pena impuesta al autor ó autores; los encubridores sufrirán una pena que no sea menor de la cuarta parte, ni mayor de la mitad de la que corresponde al autor ó autores; los auxiliadores serán castigados con una pena que no sea menor de la mitad ni mayor de las dos terceras partes de la impuesta al autor ó autores.
