ARTICULO 95. Internación para enfermo mental transitorio. Al inimputable por enfermedad mental transitoria, se le impondrá la medida de internación en establecimiento psiquiátrico o similar, de carácter oficial, en donde será sometido al tratamiento que corresponda. Esta medida ( Tendrá un mínimo de seis (6) meses de duración y un máximo indeterminado . Transcurrido el mínimo indicado)* se suspenderá condicionalmente cuando se establezca que la persona ha recuperado su normalidad síquica.
