Autorízase ampliamente al Gobierno para la consecución de empréstitos hasta por la suma de diez millones de pesos ($ 10.000.000), para el pago de las indemnizaciones a que dé lugar la expropiación de las tierras de que habla esta Ley. Dicho empréstito o empréstitos podrán constatarse con el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, con el Banco Central Hipotecario o con las entidades bancarias que el Gobierno desee o estime conveniente.
