Para el caso de caducidad por falta de pago de las cuotas respectivas, no habiendo rescate del título o sustitución del mismo, deberá reconocerse el derecho de rehabilitación, en condiciones equitativas, siempre que tal derecho se haga efectivo dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la fecha de caducidad.
